This represents an increase of 5.7%, or $17,000, compared to the prior quarter and an increase of 26.8% compared to the prior year. Sales prices have appreciated 19.9% over the last 5 years in Tracy. The average listing price for Tracy homes for sale on Trulia was $399,929 for the week ending Sep 04, which represents an increase of 2.2%, or $8,570, compared to the prior week and a decline of 1.7%, or $6,755, compared to the week ending Aug 14. Average price per square foot for Tracy CA was $163, an increase of 30.4% compared to the same period last year.

The median sales price for homes in Mountain House CA for Jun 13 to Aug 13 was $405,750. This represents an increase of 8.1%, or $30,250, compared to the prior quarter and an increase of 24.9% compared to the prior year.
